Group medical visits have been found to provide help with lifestyle changes and better results that enable you to feel better and stronger in a supportive community. Typically covered just like a normal office visit, you receive the benefit of learning and healing in a supportive, confidential community. You can call your insurance today to ask if they cover “group medical visits”, (GMV) or give Julia a call at 802-702-4023 ext 829 (please only use for GMV inquiries).
Simple shifts can make all the difference.
Group Discussion Topics May Include:
How to get more sleep and sunshine for health
Uncovering your hidden strengths
Intuitive eating principles
Mindfulness and motivation
Ways to overcome old patterns
Making movement feel easy and fun
We hope to see you soon.
*You can call your insurance to check, though many insurances, including BlueCross BlueShield (BCBS) of Vermont, VT Medicaid, MVP, and Aetna, among others, cover naturopathic doctors (NDs) who will lead the group medical visits. (Please note that Medicare and some out of state BCBS unfortunately do not.)

Curious about Group Medical Visits? Consider these positive effects compared to individual patient visits.
Supportive Community: Group medical visits provide patients with a supportive community where they can share experiences, insights, and encouragement. This sense of camaraderie fosters a supportive environment, helping individuals feel understood and less isolated in their health journey.
Meeting Efficiency: Group visits streamline healthcare by addressing common concerns collectively, optimizing the use of both provider and patient time.
Continuity of Care: The ongoing nature of visits provides the benefit of having the community support the necessary changes over time!
