Sojourns Health Clinic is hosting a community-wide open house, "Weaving Community Connections" on  

Saturday, July 13 at 

Sojourns Community Health Clinic

Westminster, VT 05158   

From 10am-2pm   

Please join us!    

There will be food, vendors from the community, other community-based organizations, activities for kids and families, tours of Sojourns, and more!    

The event is free and open to all.
