We respect and are committed to protecting your privacy.  We may collect your personally identifiable information when you visit our site.  We automatically receive and record information on our server logs from your browser including your IP address, cookie information, and the page(s) you visited.  We will not sell your personally identifiable information to anyone. 

Security

Your payment and personal information is protected by Transport Layer Security (TLS), the industry standard for secure commerce transactions.  Your personal information, including credit card number, is encrypted so that it cannot be read when it is sent over the internet.

Shipping/Delivery

If in-clinic pick up is not convenient, we can ship your apothecary items to you via USPS. In-stock items are typically packaged and sent within 2 business days. Once shipped, the USPS tracking number is available upon request.

Refund/Return Policy

Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase date for unopened, sealed, and undamaged apothecary items with receipt. Custom formulas and special orders are not returnable.
